Artist. Athlete. Author. Creatress.
Lexis has always existed between two worlds — artist and athlete, strength and softness. With a foundation in competitive soccer and a career in the entertainment industry beginning at eight years old, she was shaped by discipline, creativity, and constant movement.
Over time, that rhythm became unsustainable. The pace of production life created a disconnection — from her body, her reflection, and ultimately, from herself. Burnout became a turning point that asked for something different: a slower, more intentional way of living and moving.
Through Pilates, Lexis found her way back into her body and herself. Not through force, but through awareness. Not through pushing harder, but through listening more deeply. Her relationship with her body shifted into something more refined — rooted in strength and softness, presence and alignment.
Alongside movement, Lexis always returned to the environments that grounded her. Keeping her space organized became a form of restoration and her own sanctuary— a personal ritual that created calm, clarity, and inspiration. Over time, she began to see how deeply interconnected the body, space, and self-expression truly are.
Today, her work is an extension of that evolution.
Lexis offers a highly personalized approach to Movement and Lifestyle Refinement — combining Pilates, embodiment practices, wardrobe editing, and intentional organization. Her method is designed to support strength, clarity, and a more intelligent connection to both body and environment.
Her practice is both powerful and restorative, structured yet intuitive — created for those who value longevity, presence, and a quieter kind of luxury.
Lexis works with creative visionaries, entrepreneurs, and women seeking a more intentional, confident, and embodied way of living.
She is based between Paris, France and Southern California, and is available to travel.
